You need to go to the Pocket Query Generator page and click the "Add to Queue" button to generate your "My Finds" Pocket Query. This file will be emailed to you as a zip file. Detach that file from your email and save it somewhere on your PC where you can find it. Use the form on the main page of this site to upload that file.
I'd love to, except that information about all the travel bugs and geocoins you've ever found isn't contained in the pocket query. It only identifies what caches had trackables in them when the PQ was generated, whether they were ones you found or not. So unfortunately, unless Groundspeak comes out with some sort of travel bug-only query, there can't be any useful stats about them here.
"When I look at the Top Ten list for my state, my name doesn't show up!"
Your pocket query doesn't identify what state you're from, so you need to do that yourself by setting it in your preferences. To be able to set your preferences, here's what to do:
When you upload your stats, you need to set a password. Fill in the password field before clicking the submit button to upload your PQ file.
After your stats are calculated, look for the Login link at the upper right of any page. Click it!
